To all Members,
we inform you that Comedit, with a view to an ever-increasing need to provide a broad and professional service to member companies, has decided to propose to the Bodies of the Association the project of establishing a new service-co which, while under the aegis of Comedit itself, would operate with operational and managerial independence and which, freed from the methods and statutory rules to which Comedit is subject, could offer a wide range of consulting services to both Italian and foreign member operators.
For this purpose, on March 21, 2022, Comedit Consulting was established, which aims to offer services of high technical and professional quality with an important as well as targeted use of information technology, through a multifunctional interactive platform through which the user can quickly and with competitive costs obtain a prompt as well as comprehensive response to all the needs of those who do business.
Description of services provided:
The services provided are as follows:
Integrated consulting activities to Italian and foreign companies with the aim of promoting, in an effective and profitable way, their establishment in markets of different countries and especially in in the Mediterranean area.
Activities of elaboration of dedicated business plans, aimed at structuring, consolidation and regulatory, economic and financial adaptation of the same to the standards of the target country.
Organization of training and study events among the entities involved in order to effectively follow up on the primary purposes of the companies involved.
Arrangement of courses in languages, law, economics, finance, tax, business marketing in the field of research and development, with licensed professionals to consolidate the entrepreneur's technical background and raise awareness of the target market.
Organization of events, including under the auspices of local, national and European institutions to enable cultural and professional interchanges between the business entities involved.
Advising and assisting projects to obtain financing at national and European level with subsequent development of guidelines in order to obtain financial restructuring.
Consulting and economic/financial analysis of companies in order to verify the need to address the credit market and in what form, providing the necessary elements to submit targeted requests with adequate documentary support to one or more credit institutions.
Organization of cultural exchanges between countries of the Mediterranean area that allow exchanges of information and develop business agreements also with the participation of delegations interested in verifying on the spot the opportunity of inclusion in a foreign country.
Preparation of brochures and summary sheets both on paper and in electronic format to allow a rapid and effective knowledge of the main guidelines for access to a target country.
Services related or complementary to the above.
Development of management systems and techniques - economic planning analysis - study in the field of strategy and accounting.
Preparation of a financing plan for submission to one or more lending institutions in order to obtain credit/financial facilities.
Creation and management of new work and business activities.
Elaboration of plans aimed at enhancing the target entity's real estate assets, indicating the strategies necessary for this purpose and providing an examination with relevant solutions to maximize the existing assets or elaborating a project of acquisitions /or divestments that is deemed necessary.
Developing and structuring a multidisciplinary IT platform that users can access to information, news, courses, cultural and commercial exchanges etc.

On July 7th, 2021, an Institutional meeting was held at our headquarters in Milan and our President Dr. Francesca Brigandì welcomed Consul General of the Republic of Tunisia Mr. Adel Ben Abdallah, Vice President of the Lombardy Regional Council Eng. Carlo Borghetti, Secretary General of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE Dr. Mauro Marzocchi, the Delegate General of Cepex Mr. Riadh Ben Salah, the Deputy Director of FIPA Milan Mr. Bilel Dardouri, the CEO Frontis SpA Dr. Massimiliano Bertolino.
Several topics were discussed during the meeting, which however had as its focus the Expo Dubai 2020 event that will take place in the United Arab Emirates from October 1st, 2021 to March 31st, 2022.
The participants, aware of the not only strategic importance of the Dubai event, which presents itself as the largest post-pandemic business event, decided to coordinate with the aim of participating both individually but also jointly, through dedicated events, in the Emirates event.
It was thus decided to organize, in September 2021, an event at the Lombardy Region with the aim of highlighting and making known to the Italian and Tunisian business system the opportunities offered by the Expo stage and illustrate the strategic/operational lines to be implemented.

Comedit is pleased to inform its Associates that EXPO DUBAI 2020, the first universal exposition to be held in an Arab country, will be held from October 1st, 2021 to March 31 st, 2022.
Due to the Covid emergency that has not yet been completely overcome, Expo Dubai 2020, which, due to the aforementioned health crisis could not be held last year, will be presented as a “hybrid” model, offering both in-person and virtual events.
This six-month-long Exposition will be the largest trade event since the onset of the health emergency and is a very important opportunity to boost the Italian and world economies.
Expo Dubai 2020 will focus primarily on three themes:
Comedit will be an active part and play an all-round active role within the said Event through collaborations and partnerships with national and foreign institutional organizations with the specific purpose of continuing - starting again - from where we were forced to stop with the firm conviction that tomorrow is already today.

On May 27th, 2021, the Association for Italian Chamber of Commerce-Mediterranean and Gulf Countries (Comedit) and Agedi signed a cooperation agreement to work in close synergy with each other by offering added value and new business opportunities to Comedit member companies.
Specifically, Agedi has the role of real estate partner of Comedit, making its nearly 100 years of experience in real estate at the international level available to our member companies.
With offices in Italy and Lebanon and representative offices in Senegal, Tunisia and France, Comedit has been operating for forty years in the Middle East and Gulf countries with the mission of developing economic and social cooperation between Italy and the Mediterranean countries.
This agreement is another opportunity for Agedi to develop its real estate services in countries of extraordinary interest and with a great willingness to invest in Europe.
